I think loss of awareness is some extrame case of an illness, like epilepsy, that a parent should be looking out for, and not something that will happen if you accept the terms

“Honey, Billy seems a bit out of it. He has been playing that same level for 9 hours straight, I think he has lost all awareness.”

“Oh George, don’t worry. I didn’t real the EULA, so it’s all good.”

Thank you for the positivity, trying to help lemmy grow by posting but I think reposting from other sites is not the way forward. Lemmy should be lemmy and not reddit

Most of this stuff sounds like boiler plate CYA material that is used to prevent idiots from suing a company for the actions of said idiot.

Isn’t loss of awareness where they seem unresponsive and you should pretty much call a doctor because it could be a seizure? Why is this a meme?

I paid Detroit become human 10.5hr straight before without moving. Best decision of my life because I got to just run through the entire game without forgetting where I left off

By staying 10.5 hours in the same position, you’re at risk of one of the most painful death there is: pulmonary embolism. It’s a solid 10/10 on the pain scale, with the possibility of hours long suffocation, pain and panic. Mortality is around 30%. Your life is worth a few steps every hour mate…

on a mental status exam we check for 4x orientation: person time place situation. (eg, my name’s Henry Winkler, it’s 4pm on a Saturday, I’m on the highway, I was in a car accident). seeing as disorientation is the next thing im guessing loss of awareness means loss of consciousness?
