Those are NZXT F140 RGB fans. The case, the NZXT H7 Elite, includes 3 of these (and a non-RGB one).
That looks really nice, something to proudly display on your desk. Meanwhile my 4090 and co are hidden in a Fractal S2 vision with the worst cabling job ever on the floor
