Short and sweet. The game seems to be in a much better place than the Sims, and I can’t wait to try it out for myself.

I feel so weird that I just watched fake people clean things. As someone who is not following this too closely but is happy to see The Sims get a competitor and wants more life simulation games, nice to know they’ve got different height models already (probably a child?) and the artstyle is nice.
The art style is one of the things that drew me in. It is a nice compromise between realistic and stylized. Sadly, now that Life By You is canned, this is the only game (at least that I’m aware of) that wants to “dethrone” the Sims.
