Kind of. The declaration of independence was where the founding fathers said it was the duty of each citizen to rise up and overthrow any bad governments. This gave them a good reason to rise up and overthrow the Brits.

The constitution is where we are given the right to have a gun. There are more words, but they are eternally debated about their original intent. It doesn’t, however, explain why we should be able to have guns.

I added that part because i knew it would elicit real responses because of how you interpreted it. Clickbaity i guess, but i really do want to try to see all around this issue.

But then i chickened out and added a comment.

And yet my country will continue to send them money because we picked our side a long time ago. Long before i was even born.

I vote and try to stay informed and talk to people i know about everything, but it feels useless to be a regular schmoe.

Yep, unfortunately(?), living costs money. And i can’t make enough money doing the things i really like to do.

We should just build a cell in the white house. A super secret cell with tunnels and bunkers and shit. Everyone knows it’s there, but they say it’s impossible to figure out where it is. There’s only one entrance inside the white house somewhere that only 3 secret service agents know about.

And the sitting president can stream footage online if they wanted.
