I agree that we need to know more about your carb troubles. 9 times out of 10 it’s a leak somewhere in the system that causes issues.

This is me, and I’m cool with it! I like jumping into both on a daily basis to see how each progresses.
Oh, definitely don’t expect or want free. But charge me once. Don’t make me pay you in perpetuity. Then, go make more things and I’ll buy those too.
Adobe and CC made being beholden to a subscription for software the norm and I despise them for it. Luckily some fantastic alternatives were born from it.
Guy leaves his job at Apple and makes one thing and charges a subscription for it. I’m sorry but they can kick rocks with that pricing.
Subscriptions for an email client is insane to me, especially if the developer(s) have no other project. Show me your second act.
And no interest in thinking about why they’re down ~50% in advertising revenue.
So does any other economic model.
Capitalism is fine as long as people aren’t complete scumbags about it. Rare, I know. It’s a human morality proposition.
Yeah this was mind blowing way back in the day!
Eh, I’ll go against the grain and be honest. I still use it on my desktop at home. Zero mobile use. The user base and information there is still massive at the moment. Once that changes it’s in my rear view, but I won’t pretend like I don’t.
When the pricing came out it was so disappointing.
I’ve been using Provenance on my AppleTV and it works great. You do have to pay a yearly dev account fee in a somewhat bizarre and slightly shady way, but it’s an option if you’re looking for something compatible with tvOS as well.
Yeah buuuuuuuuut bottom line et al
I agree. I really hope Christian is still into developing for a platform that is similar.
I had that issue occasionally. Killing the app and restarting fixed it.
You have to consider that your technical proficiency is not the same as everyone else’s.
This is the important part. I’m part of the big homebrewing (beer) community on Reddit, as well as some local subs for my home area. I don’t think a ton of those users can figure it out as easily as someone like myself.
The complication comes from things aside from the sign-up process. It’s understanding instances and navigation. People don’t know how it works. I.e. what is the equivalent of a subreddit? Who hosts it? Is it someone’s personal server? What if it goes down suddenly? Etc.
Eh. This is kind of a weak attitude.
Love my Torras Slim MagSafe cases.
