      They’re cross-posts, not re-posts.

      I stopped posting to all suitable communities at the same point in time, as this splits attention between them due to cross-post de-duplication.

            So I’ve been playing with it for a bit here now.

            Is there anyway to upvote from the compact view?

            Also trying to find a way to vote from the Image view if that’s not possible.

            I’m not a fan of gestures, is that the only way?

              You can’t vote from the image viewer, but opening the post and using the buttons there would be the same number of steps.

              You can disable any one of the four gestures, and if you want, even set one of the directions as just one gesture to have it be less sensitive, setting the short pull to nothing.

              The other option is to disable full height images for card view, to have that be a little more compact.

                Yeah like it doubles the steps needed to upvote a image compared to boost. As going into the post to view it and go back to upvote is pretty clunky.

                The card view isn’t useful as I’d prefer to do everything with the compact mode but it seems to have everything but voting available.
