Ellie doesn’t say anything, but Mel’s jacket slips to the side and reveals her pregnant belly and Ellie reacts to that. It’s been a while so I could be forgetting.

It’s been a bit, but I thought there was a scene right after Ellie kills Mel where she does realize that Mel is pregnant.
