So I’ve started to capture photos on my phone in raw format, to get the most out of this teeny tiny sensor.
However, I’ve noticed that there seems to be only two options for proper raw editing and development on Android:
Lightroom and Snapseed
Neither of those is FOSS, though according to Exodus, Snapseed at least doesn’t have any trackers, which is surprising from a Google app.
So, is this really the only option? So far I’ve failed to find an open source solution.
I don’t think using either of these options is worth it to me, after spending so much effort to detach my phone from proprietary apps.
If I knew how, I’d take Darktable and make a mobile version of it. Love that software.
