I used 0x0.st. Mlem doesn’t support uploading documents.

It’s a FOSS file hosting service, run by @mia@movsw.0x0.st
Also, it does support HTTPS. It’s just that, when you upload a file with cURL, it spits out an HTTP link.
Mlem just doesn’t yet support uploads.
