I’m using an aged chinaphone (Xiaomi Redmi4x) and their UI comes with a pre-installed app called “Info Assistent”. I fucking hate that thing. I fucking hate it. It constantly spams me with shit like current weather, tomorrow’s weather, useless soccer results that I don’t care about, the literal content of the waste bin, cache data… It spams about 5 times a day. I cannot revoke its rights, I cannot uninstall it, I cannot shut it down. The suckage is forced on me, why?
Run the xiaomi.eu ROMs (or lineage if you don’t like miui at all) or use one of the various debloat scripts over ADB.
Take a look over on XDA, Xiaomi phones are incredibly well supported by the modding/custom rom community.
I’ve heard about this thing in Chinese culture where people value the ability to replace their phone cheaply and easily over personalizing their thing to suit them, and hanging on to things.
Considering this phone is Chinese, I’m guessing this might be one reason why?

You mean App vault? I have the same model. After disabling notifications of it, it only bothers me on the homescreen.
