Do yourself a favor and find a manga cut of One Piece. 1-2 hour long episodes that cut out all the fluff, repetition, and credits. 10/10 viewing experience, it has annihilated almost all of the pacing issues I had with the show

No. But I think the manga kinda does this as well. Especially towards the end of a volume.
