Climate change is real. We all know that. But, Jordan Peterson does not. Today, let’s go through the science and see if we can convince him.

It’s fair and balanced. Some More News regularly try to do “general audience” shows which are like John Oliver’s Last Week Tonight, but funnier and with tiny budget. The Peterson thing is probably to attract some extra attention.

You actually think Cody is funny? I mean, I’m sure he is, in person and on his old college humor videos, but oof. The actual bits he does in SMN are…rough. I like the show a lot and keep up to date. I like his analysis, I like his way of delivering info. And I even like his “in-segment,” sort of off-hand jokes. But I just think his actual bits are pretty damn lame. Now, Jon Oliver I know is very funny, but yeah his show has stopped actually being very funny. Early seasons? Yeah, it was funny pretty consistently, and his standup is very good (or, at least it used to be. I dunno if he even does it anymore). But there are still a few good jokes brown into the show these days. When I catch them, at least. Which isn’t often.

I think that’s generally what happens when you’re constantly dealing with topics about greed, corruption, and general conservative insanity. Eventually you can’t make it funny anymore because it’s just depressing. I love SMN, but the humor and jokes have been really spotty. I don’t watch it for that stuff though. I’m sure the subject matter isn’t doing any favors for Cody’s mental health either.

Even despite John Oliver and his show being hilarious, it’s near impossible to keep that levity going through the brutality of some of his episodes.
