Floorp is built on Firefox and was built in Japan and is a new browser with excellent privacy & flexibility.

There’s this new browser built on Firefox that seems to be picking up steam on GitHub lately.

It looks like it’s trying to be a more feature-rich, “batteries included”, version of Firefox with hardening out of the box.

Has anyone used it? What do you think about it?

    No problem. I just installed LMDE 6 btw. Omg this distro is awesome, they should ditch the Ubuntu-based Mint entirely.

      I’ve seen some talk about that happening. I might also take that plunge! I guess everything is basically the same?

        I just switched from linux mint to lmde 6 as well and it does feel very much the same cinnamon-y DE I left. The only difference so far is I had to install nvidia drivers myself as it doesn’t seem to come with a driver manager like mint did. I’ve gotten everything else I used so far set up fine but… I guess I haven’t tried gaming yet which I guess might be important to check out, will have to soon
