Not too bad, I’ll be taking my very last dose of antibiotics tonight. Looking forward to not swallowing eight pills a day anymore
That is certainly a cause for celebration, that’s a lot of pills to have to take daily and in particular usually there’s a not-so-great aftertaste from antibiotics that I tend to dislike too haha
Hold crap that is a lot of pills??
Antibiotics are brutal. My wife had an antibiotic resistant infection last year and had to do 3 rounds of different antibiotics. It fucked up her stomach so bad that she couldn’t eat anything without gagging/vomiting. It took a month or two to be able to eat anything other than bananas, yogurt, and protein shakes. And it took her about 6 months to get back to being able to eat anything she wants.
Yes, they can be pretty full on. Glad to know she eventually made a full recovery. These ones messed up my appetite too, but I’m confident I’ll bounce back quickly.
We had a long weekend so I feel a little more rested than usual :)
Anyone have cool plans coming up?
Next weekend I’m taking my niece out to a haunted asylum and a play!
You should make a post about how that goes, I’d be interested in hearing about it!
That sounds really cool!
I have a week and a bit off from Friday. We are heading over to north Wales: reading, walking, meals out and so on. We are both on a bit of a reading kick at the moment, so it will be interesting to see how many more books than usual we get through.
I think I’m gonna be playing in a tournament for splatoon 3 soon ☺️ never played with other folks as like a team, I’m excited to try it out and see how we do
Leg cramp is gone. I was able to swim 1 km again. Heavy rain today, swimming in the rain is so relaxing. I wonder why it’s not more popular.
I don’t have enough stamina to swim a whole kilometre.
Neither did I. I’ve only been swimming for two weeks. It built up slowly!
The only issue I can think of for swimming at rainy days would be when you come out of the water, it would be really cold. Need a hot shower to warm the body.
