yeah, I was a big fan of Ken Sugimori’s watercolor work, before he moved over to becoming a mainly digital artist. His transformation was similar to Akira Toriyama’s stuff, how it all became sharper and cleaner. but I guess if you have to pump out that much art, you gotta streamline the process as much as you can to keep up
