Very interesting! I didn’t know about the antecedents of Arch, Gentoo, and SUSE. Well I’ve heard of Slackware, but I didn’t know it was related to SUSE.

Now I’m curious what NixOS and Void branched from.

6. Verify in Comments Always check the comments for additional insights or corrections. Moderators rely on community expertise for accuracy.
