How the hell do people think this should work? It’s really easy to notice if you are thirsty and then drink water. Not thirsty, no drinky. I don’t need a diagram for this
some people, for example people who have adhd can have a hard time keeping track, you can just kinda stop noticing your bodily needs for water, food or even needing to use the bathroom
