Just touch a piece of (conductive) plumbing or something to make contact with ground.
A plugged in PSU also serves the purpose.
I’ve never worried about static that much when dealing with PC components, and I’ve never fried anything.
I just make sure to touch something that would discharge it before getting started, and not work with anything that would cause buildup (like wearing wool clothing in a room with dry air).
Anti static bracelets (real ones) have to be hooked up to something grounded anyway, so just touching that thing does the same thing.
