Like I’ve always known that I have it but after seeing all these memes call me out I’ve realized how many of my behaviors are tied to it. Now that I know some of the shit i do is treatable maybe I can actually change. Just started treatment today. So thanks to all the posters here!
Congrats! Getting help is the hardest part.
All I have to say is; keep going, even after medication, there’s so many tiny life modifications that can create massive quality-of-life differences.
I’m not ADHD, but the same can be said about narcolepsy. Knowing yourself, having situational awareness, and making small life changes can make a world of difference.
yeah I might be able to start therapy for it next month. Not looking forward to it but my life needs to change.
