    They should have been interrogated by police to check whether they have provided Intel on Israeli army positions and other defense details to Hamas (willingly, or under pressure from the militants)…

      No, unless they had access to secret information. They didn’t do anything wrong. Telling public information is legal regardless of who you tell it too.
