I think that would be not only appropriate but also helpful to frame Ukraine as “defending their land” instead of “being at war”. So why dont politicians and journalists primarily use this word?

      Yeah… Ukraine is also entering “Russia’s” territory and “abuses” “civilians” by killing Russian soldiers.

        Soldiers are not civilians, and Russian state media are the only ones who report that Ukrainians have invaded the Russian border. Try again
