Wake up time matters a lot btw. Today I slept for 5 hours and got up in 8:00 while feeling relatively ok. Interval between 7 and 8 seems like the best time to get up, but it’s very personal. Yeah, I most probably will be worn out close to the end of the day, but 5 hours is 5 hours. While getting up after 12:00 very frequently results in feeling like a goo for the rest of the day.
