The Play Store hosts millions of apps, and it looks like Google is working on a way to warn users about potentially low-quality apps.

maybe just don’t list garbage apps on the store?
They would have no apps if they did that.
Low quality, unless they pay a particular fee to not be labels as so?
Somehow I doubt it’s getting rid of fake/paid reviews.
