It’s one of those things that assholes who kill dogs tend to know. Same for cats. It’s a horrible way to kill an animal, and it’s hard to imagine the pooch having access to radiator fluid accidentally.

Radiator fluid tastes sweet to dogs, they’ll drink it happily if it’s provided. It’s one of those things that assholes who kill dogs tend to know.
