Very cheap to build. 3* bow and Wandering artifacts. Unfortunately the scribe does the same, better.
Maybe I could build him for quicken, for either keqing or clotinde hmmm
He’s more of an on-field quicken dps. Pair him with Kuji Sara or Benny to deal with low attack. Add some off-field dendro like Nahida or Yaoyao with the dendro res shred. Add an electro.
