Preferably something that has little to no preparation required.

    It seems like most of the posters don’t realize how unhealthy and dangerous it is to eat high glycemic carbs such as oatmeal or cereal first thing Intl the morning.

      Well, I’m a morning oatmeal eater and my doctor, who is way too into nutrition ,is happy with it, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

      We go over diet & blood tests every year.
