Like this can’t be just me, right? Phone constantly disconnecting, being at 80°C, and battery draining is fucking annoying. Also the option to disable 5G is gone, wtf, big tech?!?

    I reboot almost every day. Doesnt matter.

    I’m probably in the edge of the 5G zone, so it very annoying.

    Those are Non-Standalone towers, I think there is a Standalone 5G-only tower that my phone keeps connecting to occasionally.

      yeah the antennas for higher frequencies are different. the signal is the same but the antennas need to be a different size.

      most likely there’s one 4g tower and multiple 5g base stations around you. if you’re on the edge of a city that’s most likely it.
