    Watch out, they learn what you try to teach them and then they learn a LOT that you really didn’t plan on teaching them. For example, that my “get up from the couch groan” means that there is probably a preheated seat recently vacant.

      The “no dogs on the couch”-rule decayed two days after his arrival. In fact, I’m cuddling with him on the couch right now :D

        Yeah, same here, about the same span of time. I mean, there’s few things better than a dog snuggling up on you, so my couch has cotton blankets now, they get thrown in the 75°C laundry every week, problem solved.

          Yeah, I mean, what’s the alternative? Cuddle with him on the floor? That’s not good for my back. Don’t cuddle at all? What monster would do that?? There’s still the “no dog in the bed”-rule, which is still going strong 💪
