    I don’t think we would stop trying to learn more just because our basic needs are met. I think of it more like star trek where one goes as far as one wants. figure your still going to have the reading, writing, and arithmetic so that people can learn and maybe that will be the extent for some and maybe some will work more on athletics and some academics and some will not make the cut despite the drive and quit out while others will maintain the passion in amateur persuits. Then again maybe we can just download skills although even then the big thing is if people will want to pursue those research level things.
