Microwave ovens work on resonance, so I’d be worried about heating up parts of the body more than others. Without resonance you wouldn’t have effective heating so it would be a bit complex to warm all parts of the body equally.
Just to spur this question on a bit, I know from my limited knowledge that cells can kill themselves when a mutation has occurred. But that’s also a sort of biochemical reaction. In China people are pretty honest about it being the time of the month or trying for a baby. As a father myself, my friend and colleague just told me they were trying.
