Easiest solution IMO if you’re already using CloudFlare, even the free version: you can filter out certain countries. Otherwise, there’s probably other alternatives, even open source ones. Good terms to search for with your cloud provider or self hosted software may be middlewares, firewalls, serverless, edge functions, etc.

For a while now, I kept seeing posts about the Israel/Palestine issue, and almost every time, when I looked at their poster’s history, they were full of negative news against Israel and the US (often with a negative comment from the OP about the US, even when the article isn’t about to the US), and often contained lots of positive news, comments and remarks about China and Russia. I find this very suspicious, but I may be overly cynical.
I’ve almost only been seeing this on lemmy.ml and lemmy.ca. Perhaps I’m imagining it, but I also feel like I’ve seen these accounts promote not voting during the next election.
I started tagging these accounts a few months ago and I frequently see their posts on the front page.
Insult to injury would be if they get Gameloft or some other mobile game factory to develop it.
For both frameworks, the directory structure controls the URL unless there’s an exception I’m unaware of.

Are you using NextJS with the app router, or with the pages router?
Perhaps I’m being a bit too optimistic, but access to information isn’t the same now as it was in the 20th century.
Although we have a lot of false information to filter through out there, we don’t have to rely on what’s available at the local library or what our friends and family believe. I hope that it’s going to be increasingly difficult to spread misinformation and fear mongering.

I really like the word you used, code smell. I often have a hard time expressing to co-workers in code reviews why something feels off, it just does.
I’ve been wondering for a long time whether I’d ever meet somebody else who doesn’t use their phone in the bathroom.
I don’t really judge the people who do, might as well be entertained rather than doing nothing, but I personally feel like my hands are dirty while I’m on the toilet even if I don’t do anything (probably just a mental thing). Also, even on the bus, I had a tendency to just get lost in my head.

I love both proprietary software and open source software, and personally I kinda like this warning.
How much of a concern it is for software’s code to be proprietary, is probably personal opinion. For this reason, maybe yellow is a bit too much? I think making these errors grayscale might be a good middle ground.
My first impression is that it says you’re trying to load an ES Module using a CommonJS require() call. Evidently from your code snippet, that’s not the case. My guess would be that Typescript is transpiling your code to CommonJS modules, and that the library you’re trying to import only exports ES modules (or at-least that’s what NodeJS is trying to import for one reason or another).
You may have to modify something in your tsconfig.json file to tell it to transpile to ESM instead of CommonJS.
Pulling changes should be trivial after you’ve done it a few times.
I do it sometimes, especially when the bug is hard to reproduce and I know exactly what’s causing it. Sometimes it’s quicker to write the tests than to test manually.
I’m a picky eater, or whatever the correct semantics for it are. I don’t enjoy it.
Figuring out what to eat every day is a giant pain, let alone even attempting to eat healthy. It bothers me that other people seem to think it’s some kind of selfish malicious plan. Forcing myself to eat something I don’t like makes me gag.
