Pulled out of my ass as it was hypothetical… Just that I rather support creators instead of orgs with ceo’s salaries.

Stability is really good. No real big issues overtime, running BTRFS and Timeshift. There are some minor problems here and there but more to do with KDE or Arch being Arch I suppose, nothing that stopped me from having a non-functional system.
Not sure what you expect in terms of “support for gaming”, It’s Arch-based so mostly you’re on your own to do that, not from the distro focus itself but everything has worked so far for me.
I don’t often use the AUR, most packages come from flatpak if I can or the extra repo from Arch/Endeavour which is trustee packages by default. I added the CHAOTIC AUR to get binaries instead to get faster updates but didn’t replace all my packages with them from there.
Would rather pay the creators directly instead of it going 80% to anyone in ceo position and maybe 5% to the creator.
As a European, this article confuses me.
+1 being happy on Endeavour OS for a year of two now.
Best motivation.
How dare you expose my mobile typing and/or my not-native language speaker! /s
Netherlands here and as well we have so many local shops that outbeat Amazon that it isn’t even fair. There is a very small chance I buy something of Amazon, think the only time I did was for a replacement item for a Dyson.
Happens on my iOS17 as well. Unless I am in a post I believe but also not always…?
It’s a bit annoying.
Interesting, thank you for the detail.
Outside of junk pre-installed, isn’t it also just a longer extended windows update? Meaning you’d eventually get the updates regardless?
Think this was sponsorblock due to above statement
Me too, tried the games a few year or months later, and it was a lot smoother and pretty nice or decent. Added some mods and the game was relatively fun. Just very limited in the space you’ve got.
The best and set up fully automatically.
That doesn’t feel real.
Neither seen Taco Bell that frequent, where are those?!
Done more than the user just spreading hatred
Myself, because I’m stupid with coding.
I like this one, i tend to do this as well. Possibly discover something new and more geared or useful to you; or else an experience that tells you what doesn’t fit for you.
I’ve gotten really good with ddg searches to where I find much more than I did on Google bypassing the first big payers to Google to stay on top… Even if it’s not relevant to my search. I stuck around with ddg and now as I grown into other area’s of IT like Linux, I noticed there were a lot of great bangs that could get me towards the information I wanted.
Same goes for ddg as for Linux to develop new workflows to keep it fresh and make computing fun again.
That’s neat. Good on you! I like the platform but to be flushed with ads and pay more ceo salary versus creators like yourself, I rather choose to support those I enjoy my entertainment from. Of course realistically A VERY difficult thing to do. I like the idea of Jaybird and Floatplane to an extend. It’s just that if I was more settled with life, i probably could afford it finely but its not that high on my worthy things list.
