I think we all get a bit carried away at times but we have to remember that hype will fade. While i bet AI will play a big role in certain fields i do not believe (maybe hopium?) it will seep into every aspect of our lives.
Seems like something that is illegal. I would sue the fuck out of my ISP for this and i am not even american.

Come to europe. The pay might be worse, but your benefits will be better. I would recommend germany but that is only my bias as a citizen. Maybe could visit some major cities and choose what fits you best. Language will not be a huge issue (alteast where i live), i personally know people who get by here by only speaking english.
