While I agree with most of what you said. The John Ehrlichman quote is pretty suspicious.

It was released in 2014, 20 years after the interview. Because allegedly, despite the intense claims and weirdness reported (Ehrlichman suddenly bursting out with this monologue while pushing the interviewer out the door), the interviewer completely forgot about it until rereading his notes 20 years later, while also trying to promote a new book about Nixon. You’d think when interviewing someone that influential, and having them drop a reveal like that would’ve made it into his book at the time.

But there has never been any corroboration from anyone else about Ehrlichman making these claims, his friends and family say he never said anything like that to them. And somehow, not a single other corroborater to this big conspiracy has come forward.

Ehrlichman was long dead when this claim was released, and thus unable to verify he said it. Most news sources wouldn’t even report on it until buzzfeed spread it around, and comedians like ‘Adam Ruins Everything’ spread it as fact. Not hating on you, just hate disinformation. Nixon did so many fucked up things, yet somehow one bullshit quote by an author desperate for attention gets all the hype.

Don’t threaten me with a good time. One of my fave games. My biggest issue my first play was for some reason when making mods, one really important one was meant to unlock after creating the previous one and it didn’t for me. So keep an eye out and google if you feel that happened to you too. Edit: If that does happen, just remake the mod that should unlock the next one. Easy fix.

Personally I enjoyed the game the most taking it slow and exploring and collecting a lot. There’s lots of cool weapons and armour types to try.
Cans of food from the first store are expensive, but not expiring makes having 1 or 2 on you at all times really useful.

I found it easier to build a base on my ship for a large part of the game, but if you mod it can get crowded with benches. Always easy to quickly repair and build and store on your own ship. Base building on a nice planet isn’t bad at all though. Although much later is a very fun third type of place to build a base (But filling it a lot did lag my game a lot).

One of the biggest mod packs Frackin Universe adds a ridiculous amount of content to the game, although some can be buggy. Lots of fun new weapons, mechanics, races, all sorts. Would definitely recommend trying it out. Another is the Elithian Races mod. A few very cool races (Trinks are so good because they don’t require food/don’t require much food can’t remember) and gives those races cool story lines and new planets and enemies and all sorts.

Don’t be afraid to try new races and race mods and try em out, they really can change playstyle and make some things much better.

I’m sorry you’re getting down voted. I normally don’t respond since this site is mostly power users who ban people who disagree and call them out.

I can’t believe the toxicity of this site where if you don’t make wild assumptions based on a single article, somehow you’re in the wrong. I get people are anti corporation here but fuck me. There’s so many possibilities that could inferred and be equally valid.

So many options but somehow you’re in the wrong for not assuming the worst of someone because they’re in a slightly higher position of power.

Does sound very odd. Any rough idea how big they are? Does it seem like there’s lots of smaller eggs inside or just one bigger sac?

Edit: Also are they low to the ground or high up?

Not an expert or too sure, but the bottom part almost looks like a fresh mud wasp nest. Does it dry hard? Maybe its sick or using poor materials to build with. Other than that never seen anything quiet like it.
