Oh damn I had an idea of doing this just recently. Turned out to be a huge hassle for someone without experience and also dangerous to have a laser that can burn flying mosquitoes ready to potentially burn your eyes out or house down.

This would mean that a country that has changing governments would be a hostile and incompatible society? A country shouldn’t host different political views if you follow that logic.
Most countries aren’t nationalist homogenous etnostates and human society is a result of mixing cultures.

Abstaining from using illegal weapons is not decisive for the outcome of the war. Ukraine should receive more legal weapons and have no constraints on using them. That is the poison to pick.
