Recently mainly reading Light novels and Playing coop games with friends.
Everything you listed is mostly carried by action scenes (except steins gate), while Frieren is drama. I also mostly watch action anime, and I need the right mood to watch drama or slower show.
Since you enjoy action anime, here are some recommendations similar to your list: Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer, Black Clover, Chainsaw Man, Hell’s Paradise.
Also check out dubbed versions as they improved a lot last ten years.

I only use it for WoWpedia, because it has a lot of information from years ago. I still remember when they added so many unnecessary interface elements and the website became slower. Luckily, I found https://userstyles.world/style/5722/clean-fandom-wiki, which made it usable again.
Game or anime songs are often not available in their full versions on YouTube or Spotify. Also better sound quality.
