Don’t get many of them in Australia! I mean, they definitely exist, but the majority are anything but brown!

This is a screenshot of the activity in this community. It looks ok to me…
Not many. I don’t like the fructosey sweet flavour of most fruit. So I love tomatoes, but not much else…
Maybe this thread will help me :)
Done!
Because lemmy.blahaj.zone is the instance where the community is hosted, and it ensures that instance defederation and other federation quirks don’t stop the mod from seeing all of the reports.
There is no need for blahaj.zone to become the main account, just that they have one here to ensure they get a full view when they’re moderating
Yep, I get that. And the combat balancing in Owlcat games is something you either like or hate, so I wouldn’t recommend the game itself for everyone. But whatever you think about the rule system or combat design, the characters are really well done!
Wrath of the Righteous. Hands down, the most interesting party member NPCs I’ve encountered in a CRPG.
Unique takes on stereotypes, and you find yourself invested in even the unlikable characters.
The alternate party member NPCs are generic stereotypes, and far less interesting for that. They don’t hold a candle to the NPCs in something like Wrath of the Righteous, who subvert expectations in a wonderfullly interesting way.
There are two types of people that use slurs to talk about other folk.
The first group is made up of folk who don’t give a fuck if they’re hurting others.
The second group is made up of folk who don’t realise the slur is a slur or don’t understand why the slur is harmful.
The second group appreciates being informed about the consequences of their words so they can change course.
People in the first group that are pretending they’re in the second group get angry when called out. But they were always the first group.

Blahaj.zone admin here. Let me make this simple and clear. I don’t care what specific word you use, if you are using intellectual disability or neurodivergence as an insult, you’re going to get moderated.
I’m pretty old and I’ve “completed” my transition, and I’m always happy to share my experiences or knowledge if people are interested.
Twinsies :)
But as GarfGirl has mentioned, if you’ve got a matrix account, I co-admin a matrix space that might be of interest. It’s not as convenient as discord, but, it’s decentralised and federated, and not hosted by a corporation driven by profit above everything else. So if that stuff is important to you, you’re welcome to give it a try
The majority of conservative cis LGB folk think that their version of queerness is ok, but other types are not. Anti trans LGB folk are one version of this
It’s made me aware of how much I appreciate reliable consistent pronunciation in Spanish (at least compared to English). And it’s given me a huge amount of sympathy for people who are learning English and trying to speak to native English speakers :)
But I wouldn’t say it’s shown me how broken English is. I mean, I think it’s more broken than Spanish, but that could just be a comment on how much I still have to learn about Spanish :P

For me, it’s great egrets!
Even when I went to another continent, it felt like they were following me! Everywhere I turned there was another great egret!
