I don’t think rural towns are depopulating due to hate or discrimination… it’s mostly because of job prospects, no?

TL;DR: only ~10% of police are confirmed assailants of domestic abuse!
Owning a horse is more expensive monthly than having a drug addiction tbh.
3 days? It’s only 3 hours, just that you choose which day you want.
I eat primarily meat, but it’s wrong to say you’re going to have a vitamin A deficiency just because you eat provitamin A instead of retinol.
“uhm it’s ackshully provitamin A in carrots, you need to inject retinol to get the ackshul vitamin A 🤓”
K-holing while stuck in a cave doesn’t sound that great…
It’s unconstitutional to deny a US citizen entry to the US. It’s the same in most other countries. But it still happens in many countries; Sweden for example has had a lot of problems deporting convicted criminals to their homelands, because their homeland refuses to accept them back.
most secure
Yeah because it’s really secure anyone can take out your cash via ACH or whatever by your account numbers on that piece of paper.
your account is still protected by the bank for any fraud
Your bank is required to investigate and such, yeah? And you will most likely get your money back - after a while - if their investigation determines it was fraudulent. Even the article is apathetic… they write “escorted” her back to China, when it’d actually be “kidnapped” or “abducted”…?
Surely AI-generated.
Inexperienced, but possible. If only bikes worked the same way as America’s best anti-theft measure: a car with manual transmission.
Where did I say otherwise? If you’re able to go to a normal licenced shop and buy it, of course the example I gave wouldn’t happen.
When you gotta hang out with people (who most likely do/sell other drugs), no risk that you’re going to get an offer to try something else.
But the partition is Microsoft’s own, basically no one has ever touched it themselves. So why can’t they do some housecleaning to make enough space? At the very least, they could fix the error messages to be more descriptive on how to fix it.
The tin-foil in me says it’s just a tactic to get people to switch to Windows 11. “Oh, I have errors with my updates? I should really try upgrading and see if that fixes it, I don’t want any hackers to steal my megabytes…”
I should call her…
I thought one of the big problems with America’s student debt was that you can’t effectively default on it? That it will still persist even after filing for bankruptcy for example?
Why should wire fraud give such a harsh punishment?
Good that the settlement was rejected then. Passing card fees onto the end-customer doesn’t fix the problem.
