As negatively as I’ve been feeling about this game, it’s nice to see someone feeling positive about it.

Almost everything they’ve taken down has been for name/character/assets reasons: Pokémon Uranium, AM2R, etc. Something like Ship of Harkinian, a source port of Ocarina of Time, doesn’t provide any Nintendo assets and hasn’t been taken down yet. To my extremely limited knowledge, gameplay generally isn’t copyrightable unless it’s specifically been patented for some reason, so I think you’re in the clear.

I know the Fate games are available on GOG and therefore would be on gog-games. Considering the nature of their games, it might be difficult to find them, so you might have to comb through the available sites. Maybe also check archive.org?

One identifies as a woman; the other does not. It’s really that simple.

I find that the less you try to intellectualize gender, the better because it’s something that’s deeply personal to each person. What I view as being a man is undoubtedly different from what you do, yet we both identify as men.

I’ve found that the easiest way to deal with gender is to simply respect other people’s identities because it’s frankly none of my business why anyone identifies the way they do.

No clue why it isn’t on there, but bsnes is available as part of higan, ares (kinda?), standalone, or as one of many bsnes RetroArch cores (bsnes-mercury is generally the most recommended from my experience).

ETA: If you’re not into RetroArch, I’d highly recommend ares.

It’s good for low-power devices that can’t handle more demanding emulators, but bsnes is considered the gold standard for accuracy now.

A disorder also doesn’t really “exist” if it’s not actually causing distress or… well, disorder. Mental disorders are basically cultural constructs in that what is disruptive in one culture isn’t necessarily disruptive in another. “ADHD” in one culture may be “wow, she’s really good at hunting” in another. A schizophrenic person in one culture may be a cleric in another.

Last I heard, which was admittedly a long time ago, Pale Moon was dangerously out of date with respect to security and web standards and not much more than a meme. I feel like I remember a significant change in leadership relatively recently, but has Pale Moon actually become a viable alternative?

Beyond that, WebKit is still a thing. Ladybird is too though it’s still quite a ways from primetime.

Most available “landlines” nowadays are just VoIP anyway tho. It’s why my dad got into ham radio.

I just finished watching through The Mary Tyler Moore Show and recommend it to anyone who enjoys sitcoms. Basically every sitcom since its airing bears some influence from it.
