10 months agoDuckdns is pretty much a service that offers free domain names… that could point to any public IP. (I have seen setups where local IPs are used just for HTTPS). So its good for instances as HTTPS can be achieved without buying domain name.
Just curious before distro-hopping.
What functionality does the reproducibility of nixOS serve to a user (like me) with only one desktop. Like I won’t be installing the same system multiple times, I understand the ‘predictable-ness’ of a declarative system. But are there some other advantages?
