I’m liberal, have a larger than average dick, and have never worried for a second about its size. Also, have had at least 50+ lovers.
And I own shitloads of guns.

I’d question what’s “unsafe”, but this was bipartisan and unanimous. Hopefully the governor gets overruled by the legislature.
He’s saying the call to close a beach should be local, not at the state level. Of course the locals will never close a beach. Anyone seen Jaws?
OTOH, I’m not aware of anywhere here in NW Florida that suffers pollution. Red tide maybe should call for a shutdown, and I believe it occasionally does.
And I have to agree. Anyone choking our economic lifeline isn’t getting back in office to do it again. Seems an easy call when you’re not fucking with 10’s of thousands of livelihoods.
No idea what the answer is, but a higher authority (the state) should make the call.
This is a whole paradigm shift, and it’s not new.
Got me confused. Are you saying these tactics are new or not? I vote for new, mostly, kinda, but both at once. Sorta.
I like the 1910s and 1920s. It was the Cambrian explosion of inventions.
We have a Bloom County sub!
Be interested to see this. How might it work out? I’m confident in our military and their commanders though. These aren’t your local cops fucking around. But what if…?
You either understand that climate change is real and the world’s major threat, or you don’t. Who thinks this won hearts and minds? If anything, it turned the fence sitters off.
Sears catalog and corn cobs. No lie.
LOL my god, I was gonna say. OP apparently lacks a rudimentary immune system as well. Or, is shoving that tp way, way too deep. And leaving it there.
My wife got me to install a bidet. Can’t remember to try it. Been 8-months, still forget.
Watched Beetlejuice with the kids last night. Not as funny as I remember, and they weren’t laughing either.
OTOH, we all thought The Lost Boys was still pretty cool.
Blazing Saddles next?

People have to be editing the element in their browser.
I water all my indoor plants with rainwater, makes a stunning difference.
I’ve seen both conditions with pitcher plants, don’t know what to think.
The swamp down the street is packed with nutrients, has to be, and that’s where I’ve seen them thrive. OTOH, I’ve seen fields of them where it’s marshy, but I’d guess the soil is thin like everywhere else around here.
You’re thinking of the Deep South. Baptists aren’t a big thing in OK, in fact I always thought they were viewed as slightly weird.
somebody would have murdered the worst offenders gleefully
We have food, so much food that the majority of people are obese. We have entertainment, cheap. Bread and circuses like never before.
Then I ask this: School shootings simply never happened when I was a kid in the 70’s and 80’s. We had far less regulation*. Any asshole could buy a gun, get it delivered to their doorstep, and they were cheap. Yes, even AR-15s.
This shit all started with Columbine. Want to suicide and go out the most horrific way possible? Shoot up a school!
So no, it’s not the guns. Nothing has really changed on that front. So what happened?
* One exception: Conceal carry laws were nothing like today, far more restrictive. I’m leaving that out because criminals and mass murderers hardly give a shit about carrying illegally. Would that stop you if you were intent on murder? Also, at the same time, the laws around transporting guns generally became more restrictive.
