    I guess it has something to do with it fully releasing at day one. Usually following the schedule of 1-episode-a-week works because it delivers just enough material to focus the discussion into, and enough time so social media can do the magic and help spread the popularity (in the best of cases, that is).

    I definitely prefer this release format since I can’t stand waiting a week for each episode (and forgetting is easier since I got other stuff to think about), hopefully appearing at netflix’s front page aids with its popularity.
