You have done a good job laying out the moral dilemma at stake here. The same is true in many other exploitative industries (the idol industry, chocolate, diamonds, there are many). Can there be ethical consumption of a product produced through exploitative practices? Can you even avoid some of these products that are so ubiquitous? What good is a one person boycott really?
