Premieres sometime in 2024. The manga for this series recently was a winner in the Shogakukan Awards for 2023. Synopsis from AniList:
Set in feudal Japan in between the Kamakura and Muromachi periods, our hero Hojo Takatoki is a boy on the run that history all but forgot! When the Kamakura shogunate is overthrown by Ashikaga Takauji, Takatoki’s family and standing are visciously taken away from him, and he must flee to the far reaches of the land to survive and seek out his revenge!
I don’t usually post character visuals (this is a character named Kojiro, I think, I am not familiar with the source). However, I really liked this one as it isn’t just a character standing up straight against a white background like most. The deer made me think of Nichijou as well, so that is a huge plus.
