There are lots of these that I don’t necessarily agree with, but one thing that they got right is Idol winning Best Anime Song considering how much that song swept the globe. I remember multiple instances of hearing Idol playing when I was at a coffee shop or similar establishment here in the US. That has never happened before with any anime song in my memory.
