I thought it was going to be a situation like happened in Horimiya where Akutsu Riko had no idea what her boyfriend’s first name was.
Alright, a bit of digging and you are right. There were a couple chapters where Akutsu pretended to be Ooyama’s girlfriend and met his mom. It starts all the way back in chapter 81. That is also, it turns out, when we learn that Ooyama’s given name is Kouta.
