Set to premiere sometime in 2024. Synopsis from AniList:

Naoe-kun, a massage therapist, is about to head home for the day when he’s saddled with a rather strange patient. This lovely lady has emerald eyes, pointy ears, and grew up in the forest–everything about her screams “elf,” except for one thing: her bodacious body. It turns out she left her world but loves junk food in this one, and now her obsession has caught up with her. Can Naoe-kun help this lovable elf girl lose the weight–and keep it off?

I had read a portion of the manga a while back. I didn’t think this manga provided anything novel enough to keep my interest, but for a certain segment of the population, the art was exactly what they are looking for. So, if you are a big fan of the teaser visual, expect basically an anime with fan service about women that look like that.

This series is like the anti-How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift. It revolves around an elf that finds human food, specifically french fries, so delicious that she just can’t stop eating them and, despite the male lead’s best efforts, is unable to lose weight. There is a veritable smorgasbord of female characters built similarly to the elf from the visual in this series in what is likely the highest average BMI harem in manga. I call it a harem, but in what I read at least, there aren’t really any romance elements, more just friendship, slice of life, and nutritional counseling.

Ahaa! But that’s why I play both sides, by also starting up !thiccmoe@ani.social, I always win!

I also recall reading this manga. It has a funny premise, and for a while it balances jokes and nutritional advice well, but before long it devolved into fanservice. The character art is good, but the manga did not hold my interest either.
