So the one meaning of phonetic “Bucchigiri” in Japanese that I could find was: “establishing a large lead over one’s competitors, breaking away (from the field)”

This episode, the red Honki person, Senya says it several times as an exclamation.

But another closely related definition that came up is “Chigiri” which means to have sexual intercourse which is our protagonist’s prime objective, as he states in his glorious “transformation” sequence in both episodes.

In Japanese kanji, adding a “bu” or a “不” in front of a phrase can make a negative meaning so “bucchigiri” can also mean “not having sex”

That’s all I got. This show is just weird.

A lot of production went into the art, especially the graffiti’ed backgrounds, and the character designs are gloriously detailed, but…

It’s not mediocre bad, but I’m not understanding the humor or the action.
