Looking for recommendations on a self contained completed adult anime experience. Maybe Berserk-esque but more modern.

Man I had a blast watching that back in the day…err, not that long ago I should say. I feel old now lol
Okay, something more recent then: Cyberpunk Edgerunners
I haven’t watched it, but have heard great things about Pluto that aired last Fall. I believe it is a complete adaptation and has mature themes from what I can gather (despite being inspired by Astro Boy).
