This is also what I have believed from the beginning. The two dong theory just seems too silly. My basis for this: the pee streams are parallel. From my own personal experience, I assure you, holding two penises together, perfectly in parallel, as they pee is nearly impossible.

The only rational conclusion is that it is a single penis with two urethrae.
